Tim McClure
Chief Executive Officer
Tim took the helm at Tegrit in 2014 and brought with him 15+ years of executive leadership in software development, project resourcing and recruitment. Tim was selected by the shareholders to lead Tegrit because of his proven ability to maximize growth and profitability. These abilities are a direct result of his hands-on leadership of the daily activities in his roles at V2Soft, Synova and Covansys. Under his leadership, Tegrit has enjoyed steady, measured growth, right-sized our staff, and doubled our gross revenues twice.
Tim is an expert in project management, human resources, major account management, contract management and in both ISO and CMMI certified quality process management. His detailed experiences resonate with our clients, each of whom he engages with personally and meets with regularly. Tim knows that customer service begins with the CEO and he builds long-lasting relationships with our clients based on transparency and mutual trust.
Tim currently serves on the Associate Advisory Committee of the National Association of State Retirement Administrators. In the past, he has served on the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council and on the board for the Michigan Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Tim believes that investment and support of our people is the key to Tegrit’s success. He has championed programs for employee well-being and appreciation. He is personally invested in every hire and in each person’s success. Together with the entire Tegrit team, Tim enjoys providing excellent service to our clients and looks forward to our continued growth.
Cris Curtis
Chief Technology Officer
Cris is a founding member of Tegrit and serves today as our Chief Architect and the primary driver behind the Arrivos Pension Administration Software solution. Cris has a long career creating and deploying enterprise level solutions for pension agencies and actuarial firms. He has a deep understanding of pension data, which plays a critical role in the architecture behind the Arrivos PAS. Before joining Tegrit, Cris was with the technology team at the actuarial consulting firm Gabriel Roeder Smith (GRS) where he developed pension administration and actuarial valuation software. Cris has more than 20 years of experience in the pension software business.
Today Cris splits his time between developing and extending the architecture of Arrivos and participating on client engagements. This participation allows Cris to stay tuned to our clients ever-changing needs and to leverage his skills at handling complex business processes with extensible code.
Cris likes to travel, is an avid reader and outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys spending time with his wife, his children and their dog, Daisy.
Angela Harvey
Chief Financial Officer
Angela joined Tegrit in 2016 and quickly became an invaluable member of the team. Her experiences leading a regional accounting firm’s cloud-based practice made her a perfect fit for Tegrit’s evolving accounting demands in a multi-client project environment. She has been a welcome speaker in the accounting industry conferences on the evolution of client accounting services and technology.
In her role at Tegrit, Angela manages Tegrit’s financial, accounting, facility and human resources activities. She works closely with the shareholders to guide decisions on company investments for both sustainability and expansions. Angela embodies our value of integrity in the way she manages our financial house and our amazing team. She identifies and drives activities that promote employee well-being and retention and helps ensure that our people have what they need to be successful.
Angela is mom to four active boys and can often be found at the soccer pitch or the hockey rink. She treasures time spent with family and friends and is passionate about traveling.
Pete Marsack
Chief Operating Officer
Pete began his relationship with Tegrit in 2008 by providing IT consulting and support services. Impressed with both his skills and his innate ability to connect with clients, Tegrit invited Pete to join the organization in 2015 and ultimately the leadership team as COO In 2017. In his long experiences, Pete has been involved in projects ranging from small businesses to large-scale, multi-million dollar technology initiatives in roles including architect, project manager and post-project support.
Pete is a certified IT security professional (CISSP) by trade and as such brings important and necessary knowledge about data management and security to our daily work. He is actively involved with every Tegrit implementation, ensuring that the teams delivering for our clients have the resources and support they need to be successful. He is also our primary steward of client data and closely oversees our hosting partner so best security practices are always in place.
Pete enjoys spending time with his wife and children, is an avid runner and “cross-fitter,” and loves the outdoors and video games.
Michelle Palatas
Chief Strategy Officer
Michelle is one of Tegrit’s founding members and has a wealth of knowledge and experience with public pension systems. Her 17+ years in the industry give her deep insight into the inner workings of administering public pension plans, specifically identifying and implementing state-of-the-art technology solutions that solve the unique challenges public funds encounter. Michelle brings uncompromising attention to information security, the rapidly growing member expectations for improved service, and the flexibility needed to accommodate new plan provisions.
Michelle has hands-on experience in the planning, sales, implementation and administration of enterprise-level systems for a wide range of public pension funds. She has been instrumental in building the infrastructure and support systems for Tegrit from its start through today. In her current role, Michelle leads the company’s efforts in strategic partnerships and vision, business development and account management for Tegrit.
Michelle is a committed exercise enthusiast and values her quiet time at home with her husband, Paul, and their three cats, Grace, Griffin and Olivia. She & Paul look forward to resuming their travels when the pandemic recedes.
